If you are getting a complete hang over your overclocked intel I5. My fix is this, right after overclocking from the BIOS, run windows update immediately.
My specs, motherboard – MSI Z390-A-Pro, cpu – Intel I5 9600k. I have it overclocked for a week now. I have overclocked the cpu to 5GHZ.
